CASA MÁS
Casa Más is a cozy townhouse in the centre of Sedella, a pictoresque white washed mountain village. It is located in the increasingly popular Axarquía region of Málaga. Although ancient and part of the Ruta Mudéjar, Sedella is colourful and 'crisp'. With the natural park Tejeda at your doorstep and 'El Saltillo' (the famous Caminito del Rey's little brother) only 8 km away, the house is ideal for active friends and families who enjoy the quiet authentic Spanish life. Please contact us if you wish to bring your dog(s). Their stay is free and we'll just charge €25 extra for cleaning up after them ;)
You'll find Casa Más in a cul-the-sac of the village, with all the facilities you need for a carefree vacation, all year round.
In Sedella, time is slow, smiles are wide and nature always by your side. You will find a couple of bars here, as well as restaurants, a small shop for daily necessities, a visitor centre, a pharmacy and the doctor's office. The enchanting cities of Granada, Seville and Córdoba can be reached within 2-3 hours. Málaga is an hour away. It only takes 30-45 minutes by car to the charming beaches of Torre del Mar and Algarrobo. Vélez-Málaga, Axarquía's capital with all its (luxury) amenities, is only half an hour away.

CASA MONDORO
Casa Mondoro is a perfect 'hide-out' for couples. The house, surrounded by a 5000m2 plot, perched on a small hill in the campo of Casabermeja, provides magnificent views of the Montes de Málaga and inland Málaga. Whilst being only 15 km away from Málaga city centre and the beaches, it is also just a half an an hour drive into the Axarquía and a 1-2 hour drive to the cultural splendour of Granada, Seville and Córdoba.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- If you travel to Spain by car, preferably arrive during the day because driving here in Spain is different than in The Netherlands.
- Are you coming by plane? Then we recommend renting a car for the time in and around Málaga. Preferably arrive during the day, because driving here in Spain is different than in The Netherlands.
- Dogs are welcome at Casa Más upon request. Please contact us if you wish to bring your dog(s). We charge your dog €10 per night to a maximum of €100 per stay.
- Smoking inside the house is never allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside.
- Please note that supermarkets are often closed on Sundays and public holidays (including local ones).
- It is not allowed to stay in the house with more than or with other people than for whom it was booked.
- Water is drinkable in both houses (for comfort and sustainability)
- A first aid kit, C0 and fire detectors as well as fire extinguishers, are available in the house.
- The house contains a guest book for questions, comments and complaints, as well as an information folder with (tourist) information on the direct and indirect surroundings of the house.
- As your host and hostess, we are happy to receive you at your holiday address. If you rather let yourself in via the key box at the front door, we will meet virtually the morning after by means of a check-in (video) call to share information and/or answer your first questions.
- For safety and comfort, we come in weekly to check the water and water the plants. You do not need to be home for this.
- The Málaga region is top notch. We are proud and protective of its friendliness, hospitality and beauty. To share this hospitality, the use of electricity, wifi, gas and water are included in the price of your stay. However, we do not tolerate noise or any other nuisance, nor the waste of water, gas and electricity or environmental pollution. Any costs associated with the consequences of non-compliance with these regulations, will be deducted from the deposit.
- The deposit to be paid in advance of your arrival is €200 and this amount (or any remainder) will be refunded within 48 hours after your departure from the holiday home.
- We charge €50 for the end-of-stay clean
- Refund policy for Casa Mondoro: 100% refund up to 30 days before the arrival date. Up to 14 days before the arrival date 75% refund. After that, the booking is non-refundable. You can take out a cancellation insurance with your insurer to have booking costs reimbursed in the event of an unexpected cancellation.
